As I witnessed the transformations of the women in my group today, I could not help but see the courage, openness, vulnerability, and willingness to own their power that these women have moved into in just 4 short months.
As with all of us, moving into that next level can sound good when it is empty conversation and no actions are required. When we need to face our fears, our stories that we tell ourselves, and recognize the beliefs and illusions that have kept us small, we are free to fly without limit – usually fear comes along for the ride but it is not driving the bus….
For one member, I have literally been saying to her for years that she needed to develop a team. A group of would-be experts whom she could train in her work to take over some of the excess cases, support her clients, AND offer her another income stream while she trained them in her techniques and she became the expert teacher/mentor. Today she got it!!!! There will be more work in a way but far less overwhelm with client numbers and an inability to say no. The realization that she can certainly do this, and that it is now time, makes so many things seem so more doable. Far less “push” energy and far more “allow” and creative energies are afloat.
The energy we choose to live in, that we choose to carry within our bodies, defines not only our sustainable success, it defines our health, our ability to be creative, to take risks, and to come alive further than we ever could imagine for ourselves. In my work to support my clients in recognizing the stories that hold them back and the energies they create, I can support them in opening to energies that call them forward in ease, peace, and joy. It becomes easy to see life as an adventure when we know we are more than competent in dealing with whatever shows up. Our energy, our vibration, shifts and draws very different people and opportunities to us.
Do reality checks if you are being held down by old stories of inadequacies. By the “It’s impossible” or “too difficult” illusions. Miracles happen every day. Have you really never succeeded? Never called the shots? Never got what you were going after? Reality checks destroy so many of those stories. In addition, you go from beliefs of limitation into clarity of what’s possible and of your power to create it.
Reality checks, rather than stories you can “prove” can call you to see how unlimited you have been, and how successful to the extent you allowed. Wishing isn’t calling into action, so if wishes didn’t come true what had you done to fulfill it? Dreams and visions you believed in and grew for, come true because you changed your energy to match the dream, you opened to it and then in a powerful and balanced way kept letting go of “cants” and simply did it. Energetically you changed.
That vibration, that willingness to stand up and follow the vision calls you to feel light and unencumbered. It calls you to a freedom that only those who are truly living experience. Removing the blockages of stories and beliefs is my joy, for myself and for others. It is like peeling an onion with an ever-increasing sense of freedom and clarity. You become shocked that it simply all makes sense. BUT only after you step out from under that energetic vibration of struggle, lack, want, and illusion.
