The Courage to Outgrow Your Own Life
As I said last week, there is a quiet courage required to outgrow your own life.
Not because something is wrong - but because something more is calling.
Outgrowing a life doesn’t always look dramatic. Often, it’s an internal shift. The same conversations feel limiting. The same goals feel empty. The same successes no longer satisfy. The urge to “get through” this life rather than fully create it, is being called to be released.
And that can be disorienting.
Because you’ve done everything “right.”
Yet something in you knows… there’s more. What you have done was right, for that time. Now you are being called to reinvent more or expand yourself more to allow for a far-larger energetic footprint.
This is where most people turn back. They can clearly see the contrast – and the cost…
They re-anchor themselves in what is familiar. They double down on roles, identities, and expectations. These are safer – and deadly – of spirit, soul, mind, and body.
The settling is not because it fulfills them but because it’s safe.
But reinvention requires a different kind of leadership.
It asks you to trust your inner knowing over external validation.
To allow yourself to evolve beyond the version of you that others have come to expect.
To say yes to something, you cannot yet fully explain or perhaps even understand.
This is not recklessness; however, it is alignment.
And alignment will ask you to walk away from things that once defined you.
Not because they were wrong - but because they are no longer true.
So, the question becomes:
Are you willing to outgrow the life that once fit you… in order to step into the one that reflects who you are now? Call me, I’d love to support your journey to the new you!
