A Life Fully Lived Is a Life Continuously Reinvented
A life fully lived is not linear. It is layered. Evolving. Alive.
And those who truly live it understand something most overlook: Reinvention is not a one-time event. It is a way of being. It is the willingness to continually meet yourself at deeper levels. To question what is no longer true and to expand beyond what is familiar.
It truly means saying yes to the next version of your life before you have proof it will work or what it will even look like. This is what separates those who are surviving from those who are living. Survival seeks stability. Living seeks growth.
Survival avoids risk. Living embraces expansion. And for some, a much larger energetic footprint.
Survival asks, “How do I maintain this?”
Living asks, “What is possible?”
There is no final destination in this work. Only deeper and deeper expressions of who you are.
More truth. More freedom. More aliveness.
So perhaps the most powerful question is not: “Should I reinvent myself?”
But rather: “Where in my life am I no longer telling the truth about who I have become or want to be?”
Because your answer to that question… is the doorway.
It is not about simply lying to others. It frequently is in looking at to what extent you are lying to yourself in order to remain the same – to remain safe. “The devil you know…”
There are no time frames such as “every five years,” “every ten years.” How simple that would be. Rather, it requires you to learn to listen to the silence, to the inner knowing, the intuition that shares with you what is needed when it’s needed.
Learning to listen can be quite a challenge and skill to develop when you have learned so well how to ignore it whether replacing it with logic or pragmatism or simply just ignoring it as unfounded – settling. It is about learning to trust you – your mind – body – and soul.
When we ignore the knowing that keeps pounding on the door, inevitably we become ill. Emotionally through depression etc. or physically. Don’t wait. So many come to me after the heart attack, the illness, the job loss. Listen and come before – long before. You deserve it. Your life is a blessing not a curse. Enjoy it as such – become who you are called to be.
As I have said so often – simple but not always easy. Live the life your soul is calling you to. The rewards are amazing!
